There are multiple issues turns out, not just the price. I am trying to submit the info. How on earth can a person get some support? This makes me rethink buying a PRO license if it takes 3+ weeks to get support! Can you please help me with the forum registration so that I can finally get support to my query? As mentioned in the beginning – almost 3 weeks ago I don’t want to publish my private details. Also I don’t want to remain registered on a website that does not allow me to even update my password…

I don’t know what you are implying but I am not lying. Also you should have perhaps have said to post in the forum and not “write to” someone… To me that means send an email.

I’m struggling to get support with this plugin. I have contacted the developer as you have suggested but from the email somebody wrote me back saying there is no support at that email and suggested I post my query here: https://pluginus.net/support/forum/woocs-woocommerce-currency-switcher-multi-currency-and-multi-pay-for-woocommerce/.

Here I registered but never received the password so basically I created an account with my email and nobody bothers to send me the password so I can actually post the issue.

Can you please advise if you know that website and why am I not receiving emails? I also tried clicking forgotten password and no email received neither…

@specialk So I just thoroughly tested it again, trying several plugin settings and out of nowhere it is working fine. I also see no errors in hosting at all from before. Very odd. Anyhow, we can close this for now from my side (not sure about the other person who posted here).

@specialk where can I find some plugin requirements? I can try check hosting settings first. Doubt hosting provider will support me with a plugin. Thanks.

@specialk thanks for the quick response. I have disabled all plugins and using the default WP themes – tried Twenty Twentyone and Twenty Twenty, it doesn’t work with any of those two. I have also enabled error log/debug mode but it’s not showing any errors. I also don’t see any relevant errors in the hosting error log.

Upon further testing, the submission goes through despite the error, but it is not assigning pictures to posts. Basically, if I submit a post without a picture, all is OK, I even get a confirmation saying the post was submitted successfully.

As soon as I try to upload a picture, I get the error (now I am getting another error: https://ibb.co/c3yvzMQ). However – picture is uploaded to the media folder, post is created, but the picture is not shoeing in the post.

Can I give you some more information and try to troubleshoot?
