We need more information on this issue. Can you do a few screenshots of how you integrated Input WP with Divi?
At a first glance, it seems to be an issue on Divi as with this plugin, we’re not handling the submit requests, but we just fill the input with the data.Let us know!

Thank you for reporting this.
We are aware of the bug. It’s basically only a path/URL issue. Meaning that the plugin is still working, but due to the fact that since the v1.9 release we moved the plugin out from Dashboard > Settings into its own menu called “Input WP” it’s not connecting to that settings page. And the link that you’re accessing is only from the plugins list.Regardless, if you look for Input WP on the menu, everything should be working fine.
