it will only show on cart and checkout because we need determine the location of the customer first before showing it.

We have tested this and it doesn’t have that issue. also many people has used this plugin.

solution:
1. install latest woocommerce and wordpress
2. deactivate shipping related plugins (maybe plugin conflict)
3. please see screenshot if you still see issue.
