Sorry, but our plugin won’t work with other API-based shipping rates, such as UPS and USPS. However, if you would like to set a custom shipping price for a specific product, you can use our plugin in conjunction with UPS and USPS, as long as they are utilizing shipping zones.

Yes because the free version doesn’t use shipping methods. Unlike the pro version It uses the shipping method.

In the case of the free version, it cannot be combined with a flat rate or any other shipping method. The free version is exclusively designed for straightforward shipping methods. However, with the PRO version, if you haven’t configured per-product shipping for a specific product, it will automatically default to another shipping method, such as flat rate. Please consult this video for more details.

also the free version is the same as the pro. the difference is you can add multiple shipping fee and shipping zone feature.

On our documentation we don’t have a feature where It can add additional shipping fee above a specific price. This is plugin is just to add PER PRODUCT SHIPPING to each product. please refer to our documentation.

Sorry but we don’t think our plugins caused the issue on the super slow add to cart. Even if you have millions of products on your website our plugin wont make it slow. because we only use a little code on it. Maybe its on your theme and plugins installed on your WordPress site. please try deactivating some plugins or you can try contacting your hosting provider and request to increase your “max_input_vars”, “memory_limit”, “response time” etc. or try upgrading your hosting plan.

by the way we have thousands of customers already that’s using this plugin and they did not encounter this issue.
