The forms got down due to the load on our Database server. We have now resolved the issue and everything will work fine now.

Thanks for your feedback. Yes, there are certain advance functions that are paid which includes logical form creation, payment modules (PayPal, Stripe), email notifications, team management, Advance Analytics etc.

It feels really bad that most of the 1 star reviews that we got is not based on issues with plugins functionality or any bugs but just because we are charging for the upgraded features.

Just because we are charging money doesn’t makes the plugin bad and worth your 1 star review. Your review simply suggests that anyone who charges money for his product is ridiculous, which seriously to me is ridiculous in itself.

To edit the left image on the front page. It comes from the blog posts. Any posts you publish would be automatically shown in that bottom left area.

You wont be able to able to put the AutoResponder on the Home Page of the Theme.

You can change the styling of the fonts and other stuffs from the Custom CSS option under the Themes Options Panel.

It doesn’t comes with the Contact Form. However, you can use any Contact Form plugin for your requirements with the theme.

Seems like you have your reading settings are incorrectly setup.

Make sure you have the reading settings setup something like given below.

There is a Option for changing the Color on the Themes Option Panel. Goto Styling Options under the Themes Option Panel and choose your desired color.

You donot need to create another Home Page. When you activate the Theme the default Home Page appears Automatically. You need to delete your own created Home Page and it would be removed automatically from your sites Home Page.

You can’t remove the Top Section Entirely through some Themes Options. You need to edit the codes of front-page.php file to accomplish that.

Open your Themes Option Panel under the Appearance Section.

Under the “Home Page Settings” Tab, Just fill the text into the Home Page Intro Section. The text would start to appear in the place of The Johan Otto Text.

To make your blog page as frontpage.

All you need to do is, from the “Reading Settings”. Choose the Static Page Radio button.

For the Front Page leave it as –Select–
For the Posts Page mark it as “blogpage”.

The Blog will start to appear on your HomePage.
