We tracked the issue down to the WooCommerce Product Search plugin – once this was deactivated, all products reappeared on the site.

This issue is now resolved. It was the ‘DHL Express Commerce’ plugin causing the error.

Apologies – please ignore that last message. It has been added with double opt-in disabled.

Even with double opt-in disabled, the contact is still not added to the list (even though the log says it has been ‘successfully subscribed’).

It doesn’t seem to be a MailChimp issue to me – all settings are configured correctly.

Double opt-in is set to ‘yes’. The log is showing the following when the form is submitted:

No opt-in email is received (isn’t in my spam folder either). Any ideas of what I else I can try?
