As for your question, the first pointer is Greeting Message and you can customise it in WP-Chatbot Settings -> Customize section -> Logged in greeting see screenshot
As for the second pointer which is a button, unfortunately, it won’t be translated

Please install the latest version 4.0.9 of the plugin and it will fix this message.

yes, there are multiple widgets through which you can collect data like phone numbers, emails etc.
Using Connections widget you can create a webhook that will post the data to CRM. For webhooks, you may use Zapier but also other apps.
