The “Powered by MobileMonkey” link is added to every page without a subscription. This is a paid feature to remove it from the page.
Also, the link is automatically removed upon page disconnection from the plugin.

This is not currently supported.

This use case is not supported.
The only workaround if you have two versions of your website let’s say English and French and if a user is on the English page then show chat widget 1, if on another page then show chat widget 2.

But in that case, chat widgets should belong to different Facebook pages, as the language setting is set per page.

Can confirm that your page is not connected yet.

After you redirected back to WordPress and below “Connect to your Facebook page
This is the page that will receive messages from your website visitors.” do you see a list of pages like shown on the screenshot?

1. If not can you please open https://app.mobilemonkey.com/ and check if you see a page to connect here?
2. If there is still no pages please check few things:
* you are Admin of the Facebook page (open page Settings -> page roles -> the user you logging in with should be Admin)
* when logging into https://app.mobilemonkey.com/ click Edit Settings like shown in this help doc https://mobilemonkey.com/help/article/dqy287mcgy-edit-your-facebook-permissions

Facebook has fixed the issue and the Powered By MobileMonkey link has been removed.

@harmonive thanks for connecting the page.
Unfortunately, this is a Facebook bug, I just made a request to remove a link and the Get Started button and FB responds with success but fails to remove it from User Interface.

I logged a bug to Facebook, here is where you can see the progress https://developers.facebook.com/support/bugs/345789290265568/

Please do not detach the page from MobileMonkey until then, as the bug report contains information about the token that is only valid while the page is connected.

No worries about the bot, I turned it off so it will never respond to your visitors.

Thanks for the info.

I see that the page is disconnected at the moment, can you please connect the page back to MobileMonkey, and then I’ll be able to remove the link.

The Powered by MobileMonkey is not removed only in case you disconnected the page with a failed token.

Please also make sure when connecting back you give full permissions, this makes the token valid and will allow removing the link from your page.

Once done, please message here or to [email protected] with the same info.
