after uninstalling andinstalling it started to work for me

I have managed to do one single full backup on my server. After that it is a no go.

This is the funny thing. First I thought that it is connected with server onload during the day but I have tried doing it on various day times and still got stuck.

All works well. Had to reinstall it. Don’t know whay it’ didn’t want to work from the beginning.

I have the same problem – Godaddy, shared hosting, and no way to make a complet backup.

My size is:
DB Size: 55.07 MB
Files Size: 312.09 MB

The daily db backup works very good. I always receive my email with it.

Any hints what to put into htaccess file?

The funny thing is that I have uninstalled WP Super Cache, BWP Miny, installed it again and it started to work.

Same for me. If someone would hit the page with https or go with a https link from google all would be ok but typing jus https://www.infolotnicze.pl or infolotnicze.pl didn’t redirect to https while https is hard coded into wordpress for me and I also have wordpress https plugin

I have te same problem. I have discovered your post to late and also posted about it.

I have the same problem with latest plugin and wordpress. I’m on Godaddy hosting. Generally no plugin can handle full backup asthe same happens for me with backWPup plugin. I had hopes that this one wil solve my problems but as I see it must be something with godaddy.

Edit:

When I hit the cancel button I got a response that 1 backup as compleeted and tat I can download it.

That did the trick.

I have cleared the browser cache and it seems that everything works ok.

So one more dumb question before I update. It’s in the plugin settings page not in the wordpress settings?

Where is URL Filter?
Is it someplace in the settings?

I’m trying to have my whole site secured.

In settings I have set the address to https
Also hardcoding it in wp-config doesn’t help.

Upgrading the plugin and then downgrading it so that the site could work properly erased all the force ssl in posts so now when you paste into browser:
infolotnicze.pl/2012/07/13/vh-3d-sea-king/

it doesn’t redirect to https just to http. If I edit the post and check the force ssl it works as it should. Redirects to ssl.

How to solve this?

Now I can add posts but when i type address:
infolotnicze.pl
it doesnt redirect to https?

Is there a way to fix this. All worked with 2.0.4?
Shoul I change something in the settings?

Also when ther is a link on a page like https://www.infolotnicze.pl/soemthing
after hitong it it doesnt redirirect to https. All links have to be https which is strange. I have tried to clean the browser but this didn’t help.
I had to revert to 2.0.4 again.

There are two options now with ssl – for post and child posts. What is this child post option doing?

Port: this is left blank
Force SSL Exclusively: NOT CHECKED
Posts and pages without Force SSL enabled will be redirected to HTTP.
Force SSL Administration: ENABLED
HTTPS Front Page: ENABLED

infolotnicze.pl/2012/07/13/t-2c-buckeye/ redirects to ssl onl if I have force ssl in the post edit section enabled.

I alweys enable it but after upgrading and downgrading plugin it always disaperas so I would have to edit all my 2500 posts which is imposible.

Any hints how to fix this?
