In reply to: Remove infolinks from websiteHi Jacob, this is Pamela from Infolinks. Infolinks isn’t a malware so we never come onto your site without permission. You have to physically place our code on your site for it to work, as we’re not on your computer either. Did you recently purchase this site? Maybe the previous owner used Infolinks? Otherwise it could be an issue of fraud, in which case I suggest you write to our Customer Support Team so we can figure it out and have it stopped right away. You can contact them at [email protected]. Best of luck!

In reply to: How to remove InfoLinks from my websiteHi there, this is Pamela from Infolinks. I’m sorry for your frustration. It seems though that you have not disabled your Infolinks account. Please write to our Support Team at [email protected] and let them know you would like to cancel your account and why, and they will be able to assist you. InFrame won’t show up after your account is disabled, though it is showing up now as it seems that your account is still active. Sorry it didn’t work out, best of luck.

In reply to: [Infolinks Official Plugin] Infolinks On and OffHi Salomon, this is Pamela from Infolinks.
The Infolinks off tag turns off the script so you should put it just before the section of text in which you do not want ads. You should put the Infolinks on tag when you want to turn the script on again (when you want ads to appear).
For example, with these tags the content will have ads:
<!–INFOLINKS_ON–>
CONTENT
<!–INFOLINKS_OFF–>With this combination of tags the content will not have ads (but anything after the on tag will have ads):
<!–INFOLINKS_OFF–>
CONTENT
<!–INFOLINKS_ON–>**If you’re using the WordPress platform, add an On Tag at the beginning of a post, and an Off Tag at the end of the post to have the same effect.

Pamela ??Hi pranshavs, this is Pamela from Infolinks. I’ve responded to you in another post, but just to reiterate, our plugin is just as easy to uninstall as it is to install. Make sure you’ve properly uninstalled, and also please check to see that you didn’t integrate the Infolinks script into your site’s source as well. That would explain the ads showing up.
Our customer care is extremely diligent and always ready to help. They respond to all queries within 48 hours and will surely help you further with this issue if need be.
Thanks,

In reply to: [InfoLink] Remove infolinks from WP siteHi Pranshavs, this is Pamela again from Infolinks. I’m sorry to hear that ads are still showing up after you’ve removed the plugin. You may have also integrated the Infolinks script manually into your site’s source, which would explain why the ads are showing up. Also, our customer support is always ready to help and responds to all emails within 48 hours. If this continues, please contact them.
