It has to be something easy to implement, perhaps google can do something about it and include it as part of the adsense program to help their publishers and website owners.
Will USA use similar law in the near future?
Are there clear information about it? and easy to apply in 3 simple steps? Perhaps this is what legislators and society need to do first, then inform, then apply the law. Do you want to share it here?
What is the official organization to verify that a website is playing by the rules?

The only thing is not working now is the Myeasybackup plugin, after trying to installed from dashboard and also from downloading then activating from plugins list, and the error is:
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

The plugin is Myeasybackup and doesn’t have an upgdate yet.
And I don’t understand your first question rainer: (is it G-Lock Double Opt-in Manager?)I will replace those files and see if that works.

“Invalid user name”
I already added and got a new user name and blog from an existing account.
The thing is: I can’t log in using my new user name. I only can log in using the user name I had before. not the new one.
I think is because I created it as a new blog from an existing account.
I can use the new blog signing from my old user name. not with the new one.But it should allow me to log in with that new user name, and not only with the old one. But apparently doesn’t work in that way.
Maybe I have to delete them and create it independently.
