Hi! I was wondering if anyone answered you or if you managed to figure it out – I am having the same problem. I found a Tyler video but its really dated (2012!!! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MVYQ0hFlbpk) – I am using tesseract 2 and also want the homepage to have a slideshow. I might just find a good plugin and see if its compatible but if there is an easier way better.
