It does work in the dashboard under Woocommerce Menu (as you show on your screenshot), but not in the Analytics pages.. not a single word translated in there..

is there a solution now?

in the ‘Site Health’ of wordpress 5.3.2 . I have an error showed :
A scheduled event is late

The scheduled event, wcdn_ts_tracker_send_event, is late to run. Your site still works, but this may indicate that scheduling posts or automated updates may not work as intended.

Even after deactivated and reactivated, it’s allawys warning me in the Site Health. Is this the same problem? or is there a workaround ?

in the meantime you can comment the 3 lines in order to have it funcionnal
in the admin_header_notification.php
