This might be caused by the text from the button that is too long. You should try to make it shorter.

Try customizing the widget in Appearance -> Widgets.

If you can’t still customize the widget there, then it could be a plugin conflict on your website. We can’t check into this unless we have access to your website.

The background color of the footer widget section is added by the styling of the theme. By default, our widget doesn’t have a background color.
