I found a solution.
I am creating my quizzes using Hotpotatoes (export the quiz as an html file) and then embedding them in WordPress using the plugin Embedit plugin.
You need to create a custom field, but it is a very simple procedure (explain on the Embedit site).
Yet, it would be good if someone could come up with a WP plugin designed to create quizzes and exams.
