What kind of features are we talking about?

I found the solution. I have to put the php.ini inside wp-admin directory not public_html. I hope this will help someone.

Anyways, is it important to have these off:
PHP Allow URL fopen: Off
PHP Expose PHP: Off

It’s in red and that’s why I’m concerned. I am trying to get rid of all the red ones in BPS System Info.

As, I mentioned in the OP that the phpinfo.php in public_html showed:
PHP Allow URL fopen: Off
PHP Expose PHP: Off

Does that mean it’s correct? I am not sure which is the more accurate one the phpinfo.php in public_html or BPS System Info.

So in this case, I can just ignore BPS system info?

That document doesn’t mentioned anything about disabling video title and player actions. Does that meant it’s not possible?

Example above have these unchecked:

Show suggested videos when the video finishes. (rel=0)
Show player controls. (controls=0)
Show video title and player actions. (showinfo=0)

@aitpro thanks again. I found out that I can’t use Mod Security it will cause to many other issues.

Anyways, I’ve reversed BPS codes back to the way it was. I was just about to uninstall Subscribe to Comments Reloaded so I give it one last test. Surprised! It’s working now. I have no idea what happened.

I will keep a close monitor of this to see any future issue. Wish I knew what did happened so I can be more confident in using this.

But I’m curious about Mod Security that you mentioned. I didn’t know what it is so I did a little research and saw that people mentioned it’s important to have it enabled.

According to BPS system info Mod Security is not loaded or enabled.
200: mod_security Module is not Loaded|Enabled

Now that I’ve read those articles, I’m thinking about installing and enabling it. Do you recommend?

@reedyseth first thank you for your plugin and appreciate you commenting to help. I just wanted to point out this for you that might get you to think about it a little bit.

I am not an expert with WordPress or any coding. I am still a newbie after all these years. That’s because I only work on the SEO side. I’ve learned things along the way these few years. I now starting to custom things more each day. But still no expert. Just want to custom and do a lot of googling.

But if this was a few years ago, after trying your plugin. I would have thought oh it didn’t work. I uninstalled and moved on to something else. That’s how it would have been. I wouldn’t take the time to comment for support and so on.

Anyways, just a thought. You might have lost more users without knowing. Users that didn’t bother to find a solution. But moved on to thing that work on first install.

Again, thank you for your plugin it’s working well. I think I will end up on your support forum later if I have more question like I am think right now is the a way not have the manage page or link but unsubscribe link only that provided in the email only or right on the comment form itself.
