Nova Theme from Elegant themes. What information can I provide to fix this problem?

I did nothing, and it just fixed itself over time. I waited 5 hours and it randomly is working again. Thanks for the response anyways.

I needed to get rid of the index.php and the .htaccess on my root.

where do I put it in the style.css? I am totally new to this
