I see you have no blank pages anymore. How did your problem got solved? I have the same problem

I will check Lycos first thing in the morning. I renamed the plugin directory to check if it was one of the plugins. (also deactivated it before upgrading) It worked fine for a day or two. But at the end it did not matter.

The default theme I cannot select, as all pages are blank, even the administration pages.

I will post the comments of Lycos here tomorrow.

The strange part is, if you look at the testscript which show all PHP information of my server at Lycos, it works fine! So it must be something wrong with WordPress:

I have the same problem. I cannot get to the /wp-admin/ as it is blank also. The strange thing is that it is only blank a few days a week, Anny suggestions? I am hosted at Lycos, using wordpress 2.0.1

Got the same problem. For weeks my wordpress weblog worked. And now, only once a week. The rest of the day….a blank page:

I had the same problem. When installing the wp2.0 version I did not delete ALL the old files. Now I went to the installation steps again, and deleted ALL the old wordpress files (few exceptions as mentioned in the guidelines). No all my problems are gone ??

My problem was solved when deleting ALL the old wordpress files and then upgrading to 2.0

eventually it turned out that I did not deleted all of the old wordpress files before upgrading form 1.5 to 2.0, That was causing the problem.

I did not delete the old files, as said in the upgrade process.Now I did, and everything works fine! Shame on me.

strange, when I click on import it shows the message:

Your database is out-of-date. Please upgrade.

Even when I press upgrade, it keeps on displaying that message.

I recently upgraded from 1.5 to 2.0 and I think something went wrong. Any ideas?

I had the same problem. then I went to ‘upgrade’ –> https://yoursite.com/wp-admin/upgrade.php Did the upgrade a view times. After a view times it worked. Lots of errors due to the fact I used plugins (which I de-activated) that still had functions in my theme template somewhere. I had to delete those and now everything works fine.

I have exactely the same problem using LYCOS as my hosting company.
