Thank you for the detailed description. It looks like an issue with Polylang.

I tried to reproduce this issue but it doesn’t trigger for me. It looks like it is connected with the Custom Currency Symbol translation.

What do you have set for Custom Currency Symbol in the catalog general settings?

What are the translations for the custom_symbol in Languages > Translations?

The reviews are under your post type menu. Like in this screenshot for the product post type.

So if you enabled the reviews for pages the reviews in admin will be under the pages menu.

This is exactly what the sorting widget does in eCommerce Product Catalog. You can find it on your WordPress widgets admin screen.

Such format can be also chosen in Products > Settings > Catalog Design. The Classic Grid option is exactly what you are looking for.

We still didn’t get any info from you. Did you solve your problems?

eCommerce Product Catalog is currently actively working on more than 5000 websites without any support requests mentioning that it doesn’t work. We also tested it widely and everything is working fine.

It seems to be very unfair to post such negative review without any specific info. Could you please specify what is not working for you?
