    Thank you for posting a review, and we’re sorry to hear that your experience was not up to standards. The plugin doesn’t automatically reverse failed orders that happen as a result of WooCommerce’s pay later feature. We’ve raised this as a new?feature request?to our team to improve the plugin. While we wait on our team’s prioritization of that request we advise you keep track of the failed orders and reverse them in Impact on a regular cadence.
