@archiveadmin I’m running 3.11 as well, no issues with my setup.

It looks like version 3.9.1 has the same issue.
I had to apply the fix above as well to v3.9.1

fyi for anyone having this issue the .php file that needs to be replace is located in the following folder “nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/widget”

I did exactly as you said and it worked.

Update: all is working now, not too sure what happened, I didn’t do anything to the website’s wordpress and the classic visual editor works for me now.

ftp and delete recurring donations
then downloaded the latest version from give and active, this fixed the issue

running wordpress v4
running CKEditor v4.4.4

disabling CKEditor allows the wordpress gallery to work fine.
