Are you running v5.7 of Contact Form 7? If so, roll back to 5.6.4 to fix hCaptcha

It’s the latest version of Contact Form 7 (v5.7) that breaks hCaptcha. I rolled back Contact Form 7 to v5.6.4 and hCaptcha works again:

Guest/Private mode is a no go either. Running 1.6.11 of the plugin

I have a test environment which is a clone of one of our live sites. Things I have tried so far:

Removed / re-added the plugin
Deactivated all plugins
Tried different browsers
Disabled Adblocker

None of these have helped

Clearing the cache with WP Rocket, or even deleting the cache folder server side doesn’t help

Appears to be fine now for me. Wordfence is no longer flagging the vulnerability.
