But both of these methods have not solved my problem.
– The javascript is the 3rd partner file, I can not inline them.
– Method 2: They still will be moved to the end of the webpage.
Any advice here?

I am sorry. It conflicts with a lazyload plugin. I had to deactivate it.

You should add page number title for page navigation to avoid duplicate title meta tag on Google Webmaster Tool.
