In reply to: [EWWW Image Optimizer] ewww as a separate toolHi, we have been using another image ‘smush’ plugin in our current single server setup, but want to switch to ewww and run it in our own environment. We are also in the midst of setting up our wordpress site for HA and scaleout by separating app, db and media into separate server clusters.
I have been looking but I have not found any instructions on setting up a separate server/instance to run ewww optimization without it being installed directly in wp content folder. We are assigning a central location for wp-content/uploads, and wp-content/plugins is being replicated on multiple servers.
I would like to know if ewww (and related apps) can be be installed in a central location or if it needs to be physically present in each wp-content instance? Is the only option for doing something like this by using the ewww silo discussed here?
Thanks.Nice ltacciolilinxs.
Have to try this out.
Thanks for your effort.Forum: Reviews
In reply to: [Tag Selector] Very helpful but not "idiot-proof"Thinking more about it, it would also be very useful if there was a way to “tag” tags to be shown in your selector. Maybe add a checkbox to each tag item on tag admin page, whether to be included in tag selector meta box on post edit page.

In reply to: [Tag Selector] Very helpful but not "idiot-proof"Hi robmarston. Great Plug. To chime in on your question to OP, as a dev I would prefer the post type config settings to be on its own page. That way the post meta box can stay clean/minimal.
Thanks.I 2nd this. It is reeeaallyy a pain. Find it happens always with youtube embeds.

I vote to add this feature!Hi vaibhav125shukla,
Please do share your results if you can get this to work. I too (as I am sure others) would love to have categories for photos with this plug.
Thanks.
