That how I am switching between latest post and static page. And that way I can make any other static page as my homepage. Just not a static blog page.
Any other idea? I don’t know if at some point (I have had this site for a while) I changed something in the code. But if I did, I thought that that re-installing wp would fix that…

Sorry to revive this old thread, but I have the same problem. I run version 1.2.5 and wp 3.4.1

Some posts are fine, green light etc. and others like my latest two show yellow, because the word count is off. Page analysis says:
‘There are 1 words contained in the body copy. This is far too low and should be increased.
The keyword density is 0%, which is a bit low, the keyword was found 0 times.’

But the word count is 832 and the keyword is found 8 times.

Why is this happening?

Did you ever found out how to do this? I would like to have 5 x 32 px next to each other in one row. But the 5th (I have it disabled right now) would show underneath the other 4, which looks kind of dumb. There should be enough space as the google+page underneath in the sidebar is 300 px wide.

Oh, one more weird thing, in firefox it displays page 2, any other browser shows …/285 404 error as described above, caches have been emptied.

Thanks for the answer(s). Actually, when I had Jetpack 1.2.1 ONLY activated, everything seemed to work incl. the bar. But obviously I need the other plugins to be activated. So, I followed your advice, deleted 1.2.1 and reinstalled 1.1.3 – that works with 99 % of my plugins. I still get the white screen when I try activating NextGen Gallery.
I bought and installed the them ‘Meshable’ through Themeforest. And in the comments the developer says that somebody else is running it with NextGen Gallery. So that should not be the problem for this plugin to cause the white screen.
