In reply to: [Members - Membership & User Role Editor Plugin] Members and bbPressI’ll chime in here. This is badly needed functionality. I’m sure it is worth listing in the repository. As soon as word gets out in bbpress, there will be plenty of takers I’m sure.
Thanks Aleks.

In reply to: [Store Locator Plus? for WP] Allowing users to add their own locationsYep, me to.
Missing argument 3 for Nav_Menu_Images::register_menu_item_filter()/relative url
It would be a great plugin if I could overcome this. Exactly what I need.

In reply to: [Store Locator Plus? for WP] New Addon – User submitted locationsI’m pretty certain it will be a paid for plugin, but I don’t resent paying solid developers for their skills. I’ve already purchased a couple of the pro packs for SLP which work great, and to be honest, without a bit of trickle dollar, how can we expect these guys to keep up the work load.
I can’t afford to work for nothing and I certainly don’t expect others to.
And thanks for a great plugin in the first place Lance. Even more powerful now it has this functionality and it plays nice with S2member. Great work from Don.Hoorah for WordPress.

In reply to: [Store Locator Plus? for WP] New Addon – User submitted locationsI just thought I would take this opportunity to update this seemingly lost the thread with some good news. After becoming desperate for this functionality and not seeing any response from the developer here, I finally had to bite the bullet and pay someone to do the job.
A fully functional’ user generated locations’ plug-in has now been developed by Brighton based developer, Don Benjamin. It works seamlessly, it plays nice with S2 member and I am sure it will only get better as Don develops it further. Although it was developed specifically for my requirement, Don is positive that with very minor tweaking, it can fit to any site. If anyone requires this functionality I can highly recommend his new plugin and he was an absolute pleasure to work with.

In reply to: [Store Locator Plus? for WP] New Addon – User submitted locations@dunpeal: Is the plugin/addon available? If it exists, it looks like you already have some sales. Would it be possible to update the thread with some input please?

In reply to: [Store Locator Plus] store-locator-plus map pointers wrong locationsIf anyone else needs a short term fix for this, it occurred to me that you can simply enter the address into google maps, retrieve the correct geolocation and then manually input it to the database table via cpanel>phpmyadmin.

In reply to: New Editor can't log in@wpyogi: In the absence of a new thread I’m going to post here.
@wizastudios: Mine was plugin related. Bizarrely, the first thing I did was to rename my plugins folder in order to deactivate all of my plugins at the same time but the problem persisted, which threw me off the scent for a while – so I’d recommend this as a first port of call:
Try deactivating your plugins one by one, trying to login via the editor account after each deactivation. Hopefully, it will be plugin related and once you turn off the offending plugin, the problem will resolve. You can then make a call on its functionality – maybe switching it out for something similar that doesn’t cause the conflict. Mine was an ‘under construction’ plugin. I had switched it off via a switch in the plugin rather than deactivating it properly. Once deactivated, the problem resolved.
Good luck with your troubleshooting – I hope this helps.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: remove bullets from bbpress onlyUnfortunately, it’s a development site and you’d need a hosts entry to view it, but here’s a link to a screenshot. to give you an idea, and here is a snapshot of some firebug code:
#bbpress-forums ul.bbp-lead-topic, #bbpress-forums ul.bbp-topics, #bbpress-forums ul.bbp-forums, #bbpress-forums ul.bbp-replies { border: 1px solid #EEEEEE; clear: both; font-size: 12px; margin-bottom: 20px; overflow: hidden; } #bbpress-forums ul { list-style: none outside none; margin: 0; padding: 0; } .postcontent ol, .post ol, .textblock ol, .postcontent ul, .post ul, .textblock ul { margin: 1em 0 1em 11px; } .postcontent ol, .post ol, .textblock ol, .postcontent ul, .post ul, .textblock ul { margin: 1em 0 1em 11px; } ul { list-style-type: none; } h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6, p, a, ul, ol, li { margin: 0; padding: 0; } #bbpress-forums { font-size: 12px; }

In reply to: remove bullets from bbpress onlyI have already been over it with firebug before posting but the 2 styles i thought would be most influential:
#bbpress-forums ul { list-style: none outside none; margin: 0; padding: 0; } #bbpress-forums li { list-style: none outside none; margin: 0; }
seem to already indicate no style for the unordered lists?
I have tried adding both:list-style: none;
and:
list-style: none !important;
and:
list-style: none outside none !important;
to all of the #bbpress style entries that I can find (only in firebug preview, not actual changes) but the little blighters remain steadfast.

In reply to: remove bullets from bbpress onlyIt just seems that bbpress is littered with li classes. Is there not just a way to break the link to the img for the whole plugin?
