Yes the plugin is turned on and has been since the site was first designed.
This forum will not allow me to add a screenshot.
I get the alert whenever I right click.
The only combination that bypass the plugin is FireFox when used on a Samsung phone or tablet.

Found out I was mis-informed and that this is NOT a Passster problem.
