Is there any way to place this php code:
<?php echo get_edit_user_link( $current_user->ID ); ?>
or
<?php echo wp_logout_url( $redirect ); ?>
In the Menu editor in the WP Admin page? Or can I find it’s equivalent?

Thanks for your responses, it turns out that it was in fact an error with the theme and I found the problem.
