so i checked the url and can see the lightbox is not appear when you click on the image.i am not sure but maybe you disable lightbox for product gallery images.
so please enable it again then i think i will works
go to this link below for the lightbox setting

and or scroll down at bottom then you can see lightbox setting checkbox.

no it’s not conflict with Divi theme, even the demo i also used divi theme.
it’s a fatal error message which come from the theme/theme framework .
