In reply to: [WP DoNotTrack] Curious behaviorAs a side note: I also just installed Jetpack 1.9.1 – is there any way it could be due to that?
Another thing: the url it contacts when I am logged in is https://secure.quantserve.com/query.js , as opposed to https://edge.quantserve.com/query.js. Any chance it is related to that?

In reply to: [WP DoNotTrack] Curious behaviorTried both, no change.
Same here.
Up to june, automatic publishing worked just well with my scheduled posts, then after a long pause I posted a few articles and they didn’t get published on my FB fan page.If there is any way I can help, please let me know.
Michael, I get this error when uploading the backup of the database of one of my sites.
Just my two cents: wouldn’t you consider zipping the sql db before uploading it to DropBox? This is what I am doing at the moment, via a workaround (I installed another plugin that does just that, backup the db and then compress the .sql file)
No changes to .htaccess here, but the plugin started working as soon as I updated to v1.0
Same here.
Funny thing, I have it working as a charm on two sites, and it doesn’t seem to work on a third one.
Same configuration and same dropbox account for all of them. WP 3.2.2.Hi Michael and thanks for the reply.
If I may suggest, a “quick, dirty and effective” alternative might be to compress all the files before sending them to dropbox, and keeping a (configurable) number of versions of the zipped file.
I’d think about it ??

In reply to: [Instapress] [Plugin: Instapress] Tagged images sortingTook another look, spoke with the instagramer and… Sorry, my bad, now I got it.
You were right, the order depends on when the tag was added, non when the picture was published. Thanks again,

In reply to: [EP Hashimage] [Plugin: EP Hashimage] Just does not workHi and thanks for your reply.
No, never had any problem with uploading. About a year of happy publishing on a Linux server, and lots of plugins tested and installed.
Perhaps I will try with the workaround, but – just my two cents here – if this is a known behavior, maybe there should be an option in the configuration section, and not a “put your hands in the config file” thing.
Meanwhile, I gave it another try, installing the plugin on a totally different environment (different domain on a different hosting): encountered exactly the same issue, i.e. a row of broken links and nothing else.
In my humble opinion your plugin comes from a really good idea, but I think you should consider working around that temp folder thing…

In reply to: [Instapress] [Plugin: Instapress] Tagged images sortingHm. Not really… Apparently the API responds in a random fashion (and that was what I feared), but I get your point.
Thanks for the support!

In reply to: [Instapress] [Plugin: Instapress] Tagged images sortingHi and thanks for the prompt reply.
Here is the full shortcode I’m using:
[instapress userid=”” tag=”minimo” piccount=”20″ size=”100″]
And here is the result:
All neat and clean. Unfortunately, the first picture in the upper left corner is the oldest, not the newest…
