As for the Theme File Editor, I was only trying to access it to add a code that may have helped with fixing the blurry images. https://iloveyoucompany.org/shop/ Here is the page link to view the images. If you click on really any images on this page you will be able to see that initially they look blurry but when it zooms in, that is when they appear clear. Make sure to look at this page from a tablet or computer because this is where the problem is appearing. Thank you. Looking forward to your response.

Should I try and turn this off to see if it is causing the issue with accessing/locating the Theme File Editor? As for the blurry photos. Most of the photo sizes uploaded to the site are 4032 x 4032 pixels, so they should be clear. But on the tablet and pc versions (when viewing the website), when you first see the photos they don’t appear to be clear. But when it zooms in, some appear to clear up but others still remain blurry. The phone view of the website seems to be the only place where the photos are nice and clear.

In reply to: [Astra] Can’t find theme file editor under appearanceThe root issue I am trying to solve here is that on the photo version of the website, all photos appear to be clear. The Ipad and computer versions are a different story. The Ipad photos are a hit or miss. Some appear pretty clear while others are not when you zoom in on them. The computer product photos appear blurry but when you put your mouse over them and they zoom in, they are clear. I am just looking for a solution to this issue and wondering why it is occurring. Thank you again.

Thank you for that information. We pay for the basic yearly plan for Optinmonster and I am afraid that it’s not being used. Are you able to check on this somehow for me or tell me how to confirm that we are using it. I am also having some email troubles. Since we have Optinmonster and Mailchimp integrated, we use the Optinmonster popup campaign to get subscribers and then Mailchimp sends a confirm subscription email and a welcome email. The only problem is that customers keep telling me these emails are being sent to spam. Mailchimp doesn’t seem to provide much support unless you pay for a higher plan. Do you have any insight on why this would be happening or how we can stop it from happening? Thank you!
Thank you for this information. I will let you know if it helps. If I want the Mailchimp integration to work successfully, should I only have that as my integration and disconnect Monsterleads? Or can you have both of these connected at the same time even though it says, only one integration allowed without upgrading?
It does appear to only be a problem with Yahoo mail. I have sent the email to other client emails and the same issues occurs. I did reach out to them, thank you!
So I have to go to Woocommerce>setting>email customizer. From there, I go to container>container width. Email clients? Are you also able to see the long width of color at the bottom of the email as well (for the phone version)? Would it be easier to give you access to investigate more?
