In reply to: [ManageWP Worker] cloner.phpAgreed. Please amend this script, it caused quite a scare on my end as well.
Do you have the exact UA strings for the 2 that you are blocking? i want to see if i can block those at the server level or CDN level before it even touches the site, in order to minimize server load.
So strangely, our problem is no longer a problem. And we did not do anything to fix it. Could it be possible that it just took AIOSEO more than a week to complete whatever backend process it needed after the plugin upgrade? We have a very large site (>1GB db)?
I’ve sent a message to you on your contact form. THanks
thanks. I’ve sent a message through your contact form.
Im happy to reach out and see what can be fixed. But i can confidently say that there was no config changes and the theme doesnt do anything special in terms of calling any method/api specific to AIOSEO. I started my own thread, in case you want to check it out.
@arnaudbroes , are you able to provide a technical explanation for this issue to benefit the greater public? If there is a fix, please let us know. I’m seeing the same issue after updating from 3.7.1 to 4.1.0.2.
I am seeing the same experience after updating to version 4.1.0.2. This is a big problem
That’s correct. We’re not using CPanel/Plesk. We’re running a Digital Ocean server behind Cloudways.com hosting service. So you can say that Cloudways acts like a cPanel/Plesk middleman.
Hm ok, this server is actually going to be the production server once we cut over the dns. It’s pretty powerful, at 4GB ram.
ok thanks, i’ll try and remember that. What do you think the cause of this problem is, that is resolved by this setting?
Ah that worked! SHould i keep it there?
I was able to increase the fastcgi_buffers and fastcgi_buffer_size values, but did not see any change in behavior. Do you know of any other possible changes we can take? Thanks.
