Make sure you visit your site with a different browser. Or log out of WordPress and view your site’s source code. You’ll see the Google Analytics script in the header.

TravisBennett, it doesn’t appear the author is maintaining this plugin anymore. The last response on a topic was two months ago. Try Eggplant 301 Redirects instead. Works great with 3.9.
