Same here. That stinker hacked through 4.7.1 on a blog post. There was no identifiable user account. Update to 4.7.2 and you should be good.

I have the same question as well and also sent an email but haven’t received a response. I’d like to test different design treatments on buttons and changes to colors on various content areas.

I assume I need to purchase the premium version of the plugin but want to make sure.

We’re using the Wordfence plugin to hide the version info but it’s been disabled now. Should we resubmit the site to the showcase?

I’m not concerned so much with compatibility. It’s always been excellent. Mostly wondering whether or not the plugin is being maintained, especially with the recent security exploits.

What did the services end up costing? We’re looking to potentially export Drupal blog posts with associated user accounts into WordPress.

I also had the same issue with our hosting provider. They don’t allow loopback connections.

I specified alternate cron in wp-config file but it was located at the bottom of the page. Once the definition was moved before $table_prefix, cron is running normally. I also installed the WP Crontrol plugin that manually lets me edit cron events and schedules. I changed all of the defaults to run much less frequently (as opposed to hourly) so hopefully that helps reduce server load.

There’s a ton of features that are included in the free version. We’re using the pro version mostly for country blocking. As themaproducer mentions, the basic of the plugin is extremely capable of providing an extra layer of security to your site. sccr410, dig a little deeper into the interface and you’ll discover the goods.

I may have fixed the problem by selecting “Disable AJAX” on the widget checkbox and saving it unchecked. The testimonials seem to be displaying fine now.

Yep, it’s on the server.

No password protection or htaccess file on the server. WordPress is in it’s own subdirectory but not sure that’s causing the issue. Folders are CHMOD at 755 and files at 644.
