@veronalabs another problem.. total visitors 93…. visits 1364… actual 21 people browsing website and it’s 13:26 here ?? i think it’s not couting visits correctly.

with the last update the problem is solved but
1- when I’ve updated the plugin i’ve received an error/failed but however he plugin was installed correctly
2- i’ve received this alert email from WP.

I don’t have Adblock on firefox and the problem persists.

Actually i reverted to the old version waiting for an official response from the support. (Disabling an ad blocker is not a solution, is a workaround even if it works)

@veronalabs the problem you linked has nothing to do wih our problem.

I’ve tested on another VPS (Centos 7 + php 7.4) after upgrade i receive the same prolem

Just to let you also know.. if in the website is not present the php-bcmath the website is unreachable and brings everything down.

Feel free to contact me to have admin access to a testing website where you can check yourself the problem.

@devnihil Thank you for the answer ?? I’ve to ask sorry, because i was de-installing the plugin for the “mistake” made with this version, but you demonstrate (also writing here) that support is present and take care of users ??

Same for me.. actually testing…. hope next time will test releases before sharing them…

T think not. i’ll wait a couple of days then i will remove it switching to another solution.

this time they make a disaster and there is any comunication from their site.

i could confirm is not the plugin because it is not the only that gives problems. I’m on a vps-ngingx-php-pfm and when i touch something on the admin panel like statistics the php-pfm goes 100%cpu. the problem was more visibile with your plugin because i saw like 12 concurrent process at maximum ram due the dashboard. Btw it is something related to the update, till yesterday everything was going well.. i’ll investigate ??

it’s ok .. we can close the thread.. it was ipv6 problem.. now statistics are in line with the expectations ??

disabling cache plugin did not helped.. but right now i’ve disabled ipv6 (that was giving some problems with postfix) and actually statistics are more and more accurate.. i’m do a daily check tomorrow morning but maybe we’ve found the problem. ??

473 sessions, 410 users .. 1258 page hits

Wp Stats gives me

50 visitors – 67 visits (i saw 219 esclusions…)

WordPress statistics gives me 833 views + these referrals

ok.. done a test.. i’ve opened on another pc the site… i saw on analytics data passing.. i browsed a couple of pages… on Wp statistic no +1 visits and i saw a +1 in exclusion …

well..now the question is.. why i was excluded? ??

note: i was not logged on the site…
