What are your photo size options under Settings > Media?

Did you check your permalink structure in Settings > Permalinks?

So, I noticed that all of the extra attributes keep getting added back in. If I edit a product and select that the colors are: yellow gold, silver, rose gold, then after updating the product, it adds in all of the other possible colors too as attributes that don’t get added to the possible variations. This is a problem in that all of these excess attributes show up under the product’s “additional information” tab.

Did you see that I wrote that I tried updating the plugin first? Updating the plugin caused the site to crash too

I was running version 170428

I just made a duplicate of the site and tried updating the version of StCR first and got the same error message
Fatal error: Call to undefined function stcr\is_plugin_active() in /home/practifo/public_html/dev/wp-content/plugins/subscribe-to-comments-reloaded/utils/stcr_upgrade.php on line 243

Yeah I’ve given up on this colossally awful response time and am very happy with Mad Mimi and the support that they provide.

I’m giving 24 more hours for a response and then I’m switching to Mad Mimi. I’ve been trying really hard to figure this out for a month.

I’m unfamiliar with cron jobs, so I didn’t realize I needed to enter the “curl” part too. I edited it and tried again and received the confirmation 3x still. Please take another look and let me know what else I need to fix.

I’m having the same problem, and it’s been a week since MailPoet responded. I’m about to switch to another provider because I can’t figure out how to get it to stop sending multiple confirmation emails.

I’m very frustrated that no one is responding and I’m about to find another solution. In the meantime, I tried to do some more troubleshooting. The signup form appears 3x on most pages on the site, including the homepage. I found that if I removed 2 of them, that I only received the email once. However, we really want to have 3 signup forms on the homepage. I can’t figure out why this is causing the user to receive the email 3x. I know there are other sites using the same theme that also have multiple signups on a given page.

Sooooo, what now?
