Yes I did but I still has problems with the IGW

I still have problem with IGW, sometimes not loaded (very slowly), sometimes yes but I have no option to select in the first tab

I moved up the website, now it is in the TLD and all work, finally. But I still don’t understand why initially the plugin worked well with the site in the “nuovo” subfolder.

The file structure is TLD/nuovo

The gallery is in the default path (wp-content/gallery/galleryname)

I just tried to de-activate all plugins except NextGEN Gallery but nothing changes ??
One more thing: in the back-end I see the album thumb

I’m sure since WP 3.8 and NextGEN 1.9.13 everything worked very well. I didn’t pay attention when the problem started, I received a notification from a visitor who wrote me “there’s something broken because I can’t see albums thumbs”. I haven’t installed new plugins in the latest weeks.

I tried to switch with default theme, no results. I tried also to make a new .htaccess and to set different permalinks.

Yes, the website is inside a custom folder but it was there since the beginning and it worked fine.

If you need the back-end credentials I can send you without problem.

@photocratic – I’m not newbie, this is (I think) the twentieth website that I manage with WordPress and it’s not the first time that I use NextGEN Gallery. We are going away from the problem. I set everything in the right way including gallery path and preview image of the album; the galleries work fine (with thumbnails, lightbox and so on). IGW still not work as the album thumbnail.

@cais: Yes, no import but I re-upload the image by FTP to try to create from scratch the galleries.

Yes I tried to remove all NextGEN Gallery references to create again from scratch all galleries and albums but the problem still persist.

I tried also to uninstall the plugin, clen the MySQL database, reinstall it creating a new path for the galleries… No changes, it doesn’t work.
I also tried to rollback to 1.9.13 without success.
