Probably, you need “Initial expansion” settings at “Menu” tab.
There you can find “Expand current term” setting, which means “The menu tree of the current term will be expanded when the page is loaded”.

Note, that “Initial expansion” settings are only available at the PRO version.

Order by “Menu order” is just exactly what you need – Iks Menu will order your categories like you order it within Drag’n’Drop at WooCommerce categories list.

Did you try to set “Order by” to “Menu order” and “Order” to “ASC”?

New option “Menu order” for setting “Order by” was added in 1.7.6 release.
