First of all you need to enable display of posts count: for this please go to “Display” > “Posts count” tab and enable checkbox

Hello! The display of the sidebar menu is controlled by your theme, not our plugin. You can add any other widget next to the Iks Menu (for example, simple text) and make sure that the text is also not shown where there is no menu. Please contact your theme developers.
