@[email protected], Problem isn’t from WordPress. it’s from server end (PHP less than 5.5)

@javad, You can upgrade your hosting PHP version to 5.5 or 5.6 (preferred).

@itscoolbro, It’s disabled! Ask your hosting provider to enable it.

You can create an test.php file with the following:
<?php phpinfo(); ?>
then go to it’s URL and search via Ctrl + F if ini_get_all is in the disable_functions list.

If you find it contact your hosting provider to enable it.

You’re right! PHP 5.6 it’s preferred and recommended by WordPress.

When you receive this error if you have the SELECT in PHP hosting package you have received if, that will be enough to upgrade to PHP version 5.5, you can set your PHP Edition.

php error will be corrected when you upgrade to version 5.5.
