It looks like you’ve disabled critical CSS and other Boost features. I’m not currently seeing any connection errors/issues that would prevent the feature from working so I would ask you to please try turning it on again and let us know if the issue persists.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Issue with jetpack-wafThank you for letting us know and I’m happy to hear the issue has been resolved.
Thanks for letting us know. The support ticket should still make it to us if our help is needed to resolve the issue.
I’m glad to hear that the issue with generating critical CSS and the display of your website resolved itself.
I understand the uncertainty that comes with intermittent issues but in the case of Boost’s failure to generate critical CSS, when it does occur, it’s usually due to connection issues between your site and our systems. If it reoccurs, let us know and we’ll take a look.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Conflict with Rankmath@happyaxident I didn’t give it a try. I had assumed that given the nature of the problem (as described in the related thread), disabling Jetpack AI with that filter would resolve it. Thanks for confirming by giving it a try and speedily reporting the conflict.
Hi @guillermo77
I understand you’d like the Related Posts feature in Jetpack to reserve its loading space on the page to prevent content shifts. This is indeed a valuable suggestion for improving user experience and SEO.
To best address this, could you please open a new feature request on our GitHub repository here: https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/new/choose?
This way, it can be considered it for future updates. Thank you for contributing to Jetpack’s improvement!
Hi @devin104
Jetpack Boost can help with CSS and JS minification. Those features are called Concatenate CSS and Concatenate JS within Jetpack Boost.
Are you having any issues with turning those on?
Hi @dabz123
Thank you for your patience.
If you use our debug tool to check the connection for your site, you might notice the fault code

. It’s a Jetpack connection issue brought about by missing XML-RPC methods for Jetpack.Start by deactivating, uninstalling, and then reinstalling Jetpack. Often, this process will resolve the error. If that doesn’t work, disable all other plugins and switch to a default theme, then try to connect Jetpack again.
Also, check for and remove any extra white space in your
xmlrpc.php
file, as this can sometimes cause problems. If you’re still stuck, let us know and we’ll take another look.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Conflict with RankmathHi @kamaleon
I reviewed that other thread and the resolution was to choose which AI feature (Jetpack’s or Rank Math’s) to keep active.
Were you able to deactivate Jetpack AI or do you need further help with that? You can deactivate the AI module by adding this filter to your site’s functions.php or using a plugin like Code Snippets:
add_filter( 'jetpack_ai_enabled', '__return_false' );

You still have the option to switch back to the old Stats experience as I shared earlier by following the steps in this guide:
We left that option because of users like you. Again, your feedback is appreciated and will be taken into consideration.
Thank you!
Hi @chxz
You site is currently marked as purged on our system. If you don’t have Jetpack installed on your site, you may remove any related cron jobs that didn’t get cleaned up during the deletion. You can use a plugin like WP Crontrol to remove them.
I’m seeing an issue with a missing Jetpack xmlrpc method that might be causing that error. Could you try completely deleting and then reinstalling and reconnecting Jetpack on your site?
