Thanks, @minazc I figured that’s what people were going to have to do. I did notice that Ninja now offers a free file attachment which is what I was having to pay for. Appreciate your input here! Thanks for your time.

@minazc I’m just now stumbling across this same issue. It appears it disappeared altogether (you’re not going crazy!). You may have had the Contact Listing for WP Job Manager plugin installed and just not realized it had something to do with the Ninja form. I went to that free support site and someone else mentioned it didn’t work for them anymore, either. The plugin author said he’d look into it (that was 2 months ago). No update since. I did ask if anything had been discovered yet.

It also appears that WP JM now has two paid plugins to do what we were basically doing with Ninja forms. So it’s probably no accident that it doesn’t work anymore. What did you end up doing, if you don’t mind me asking?

Turns out the background of the icons had changed to white when updating the plugin so I changed it back to the color it was before. Two icons of some family were showing at the top of the box so I replaced them with something else. All fixed now.

I still haven’t heard back on this. I have just created a staging site and tried to update the plugin again. Here is what happens:

Once the plugin is updated, two of the icons on the homepage are showing at the top of the box.

I go into the homepage to edit it in Elementor and then NONE of the icons within the icon boxes even appear on the back end. If I click on where it should be, it shows the ‘Edit LAStudioIconBox’ element with everything there.

If I hit PUBLISH and go refresh the homepage, no icons are there at all. The text is there but that’s it.

I tried even changing one of the icons and that didn’t make a difference.

Can you please fix this?

I think I see where this is coming from now. On the invoice, when you add shipping (by choosing the shipping button), it says ‘Shipping’ in that field. I just did a test and even though I removed that word from the line, it still showed “, Shipping”. If I go back and look at the back end order for Customer Invoice, it popped the word ‘Shipping’ back in there upon saving the page.

Ok, what I’ve done now is to add in something else completely besides ‘Shipping’ which still adds it to the end of the line, but makes a bit more sense and doesn’t look so odd, so I guess we can consider this fixed.

It appears it’s only happening on the Customer Invoice email, actually. It doesn’t have it on the first order email. We are generating an invoice to include shipping and then sending it to the customer.

@lorro Hi, thanks for the reply. I put that part in there. What I am suggesting is to remove: , Shipping which comes after that.

“We’ll invoice you after placing your order” is what I put in there under the Shipping Method. Nowhere did I have “, Shipping” which seems to be added automatically to that field by Woo.

Same issue here. Nothing changed on my side. The message body has this in the form settings:

From: [your-name] <[your-email]>
Subject: [your-subject]
Phone: [phone]

Message Body:

[your-message]

but it all comes out on one or two lines when received.

my apologies, I went back to staging site, updated the plugin to current version, checked and saw that Display Conditions WAS enabled…disabled it and was able to get into the homepage to edit fine. Thanks for pointing that out!

Sorry, disregard this, client is going with a price range shipping instead as this simply doesn’t calculate multiple items correctly in the cart. Thanks.
