Just tried updating again to .18 and working ok now!
Hi,
just to chime in here, just updated to 1.8.18 and the gallery page would not load at all (got g/w timeout). Had to roll back to 1.8.8 (didn’t try any of the ones after that version) and it loaded fine. Was using chrome on desktop and mobile. You’ll be able to see it working fine because I did roll back but something’s going on here.
Thanks!
Thank you so much for addressing this! I do appreciate it. I haven’t applied it yet because I had found another solution due to the time constraints, but I will test it in a staging area to see if it works.
Thanks again!!Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [OceanWP] Desktop menu items not expanding to subitemsThanks for the reply. Site is under construction so I just decided to use a normal menu structure now since I couldn’t get it to work.

In reply to: [OceanWP] Logo PixelatedThere is no retina logo being used. Never mind, I’ll just deal with it. Thanks anyway.

In reply to: [OceanWP] Logo PixelatedHi Amit,
thanks for the fast reply. Hopefully you can view this screenshot of the Yoga demo logo taken from my laptop:
https://screenshot.net/q31qyfl
I had uploaded a retina logo 2x the size of the normal logo but on a tablet using Chrome, it showed a weird box and the font was completely different. On the Samsung browser, it was fine. So I removed it altogether. I’m working from a laptop, although even on a tablet the Yoga logo is still a bit jagged and more so if you zoom in on it.
I realise I can adjust the logo size as you describe. That doesn’t make a difference. I also even tried to do a gaussian blur through photoshop on it which only helped slightly.
Is there any compression taking place within the theme/header section? I also realise that because my logo is in italics that could cause an issue with pixelation and this may be something I have to deal with. It just made me wonder since your demo logos seem to be pixelated as well. Could be that they’re small and that’s why it shows up as such, too.
Thanks!

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] Search by regions and keywords not working since 1.33.0Hi,
this seems to be talking about a couple/few different issues. I’m still having problems with Jobify and the search jobs/region still being squished together even after 1.33.2 update. Was this supposed to fix that? Theme author has not resolved it even though he said he would…so I’m not sure who is actually responsible for the fix.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Better Health] Blue sectionsHi,
I went ahead and manually changed everything through CSS.
Thanks

In reply to: [Better Health] Blue sectionsHi again,
if you absolutely need access, I can open up the page for a short time but we’d need to agree on a time and day for that. Also, the Treatment Gallery which grabs the featured image from the post will not go any smaller. I can choose anything between thumbnail to full and if I go any lower than Large, the size of the photo stays the same, it just gets blurry. I’ll probably just ditch using that, but it IS a problem for anyone who wants their images to be smaller. Looks like you’ll also have to use the exact same dimensions if you want everything to look similar (line up correctly). It’d be nice if that could be fixed.I’m more concerned with the colors and being able to change them on the fly, not having to deal with CSS. Can you address why that’s happening please?
Thanks!

In reply to: [Better Health] Blue sectionsHi,
thanks for that. The site is not live yet so I can’t share a link with you. Is there some reason why the backend wouldn’t be working as it should? I shouldn’t need to add CSS in order to make these things change.

In reply to: [Better Health] Blue sectionsI can see that you should be able to switch this under the odd/even colors, but it’s not changing for me at all. Any idea why this might be happening? Same for the footer colors although the color for Primary works ok, but that seems to be the only one changing.
Hi,
noticed you did an update which I have tested in a staging environment. At first it took well over 20 seconds to load on mobile and desktop. I re-enabled autoptomize and cleared that cache. Tried again and nothing. Tried again and it loaded fine on both. Thank you for your patch and hard work on this! Thanks everyone for figuring this out. However, I will have to say that a typical user hitting this page certainly isn’t going to know to do this and will just figure it doesn’t work (that looks bad). Can I assume there’s no way to patch this so a clear cache doesn’t need to be done? I really like this plugin but I can’t take the chance that visitors coming to that page aren’t going to be able to see these photos right away.
Thanks!
Great, thanks very much for the code and continued awesome, fast support! I’ll try it out.
