Thank you for the reply. I have checked FAQ entries, but my case seems to be different. the code works well in the post https://fonovit.at/condition/gicht/ (I have this code inserted in the end of the post [contact-form-7 id=”1132″ title=”Contact form 1″])

But when I copy the same code to widget area ([contact-form-7 id=”1132″ title=”Contact form 1″]) I get an error message [contact-form-7 404 “Not Found”]
