if you want to compress your images you should try a plugin like “smush” or another similar available at www.remarpro.com

wp cerber might has locked your ip. my suggestion: rename the plugin via ftp, (example: _wp-cerber) and go to your login page and try

if it works, go back to your ftp panel and rename the plugin.

if not, my suggestion is delete the plugin via ftp and reinstall it and set it up again

for example i wish i could change the title text color on the area “servi?os”

note: i dont want to change all title colors, only specific ones to have a proper contrast with photos and etc.
