In reply to: [Event Calendar & Ticketing] Um, it works….sort ofWe have zero open bugs reports at this moment.
When you experienced an issue that you thought was a bug did you send us a bug report? We searched our support queue and don’t find anything from “dreamdancerdesign” or “dreamdancerdesign.com”.

In reply to: [Event Calendar & Ticketing] No customer serviceApologies if you didn’t receive a response. We fully support all of software, and if you are a customer ( as opposed to somehow who simply downloaded any of free software ) you can opt to call us toll-free.
Contact us if you still need support. And please be patient give us at least 24 hours to respond. We strive to respond same day if at all possible, however some days we have so many support requests than we cannot respond to everyone on the same day they ask for assistance.
We don’t know who you really are so we cannot search our queue for any messages from you. Feel free to resend your request, or simply tell us who you are, or pick up the phone and ring us up.

In reply to: [Event Calendar & Ticketing] Broken plugin. No supportHi Daniel, that was back in March when you contacted us – and it is now the middle of May and you posted your review last week.
When you did contact us 2 months ago we responded at that time asking that you update the plugin, we always do because a lot of people report problems that were probably fixed many versions ago.
Since that initial response to you we have no other record of a subsequent response from you. And at this time we have zero open bug reports for the plugin. If you look at the change log for the plugin you see that we fix problems as soon as we can when they arise. Last update was May 1, 2014.

In reply to: [Event Calendar & Ticketing] I don't trust this company, for good reason…@solosails: Our terms and conditions clearly state all of our policies, including support, license, refunds, etc, and they are clearly, prominently linked right next to the checkout button on the checkout page — in other words, impossible to miss.
We fix bugs if you take time to report them, and bug fixes are priority #1. Feel free to report any bugs you found, we really appreciate knowing about them so that we can fix them pronto.

In reply to: [Event Calendar & Ticketing] Stay away from Ignitewoo@cmmmc: There are 4 of us the handle issues at IgniteWoo. Mark is the point man.
Get your facts straight, or refrain from posting nonsense.

In reply to: [Event Calendar & Ticketing] WooEvents Totally Awesome@cmmmc: That is utter nonsense – we support our software 100%. We fix ALL bugs as soon as humanly possible. At this very moment we have well over 60 plugins available and across all of them, we have 2 open bug reports and those bugs will be remedied ASAP.

In reply to: [Event Calendar & Ticketing] Decision to Buy – or NotIf any you of think our support is no good just pick up the phone and call us toll free and see for yourselves. There’s a reason we have thousands of customers… The software is good stuff and we support it. If we don’t answer then it’s either after hours or we’re on the lines so just call back in a few minutes. And note that we don’t provide phone support for any free software.
Mods, would you please close this thread? It’s basically noise given that the WP forums are not for dealing with paid software, and it’s basically against the forum rules to do so.

In reply to: [Event Calendar & Ticketing] Issues with some fields…Events Calendar & Ticketing is free. Not sure who you gave $99 to but it sure wasn’t us. Or maybe you’re referring to some other plugin we sell?
First of all, there’s 4 of us at IgniteWoo. Obviously there’s a fact checking issue. No worries, not a big deal.
The remainder is nonsense.
