In reply to: [Event Calendar & Ticketing] WooEvents vs Wooevents ProWe rarely ever visit the support forum here. The plugin info ( here at www.remarpro.com ) informs you to contact us directly. Thanks!
Please contact us directly. We don’t offer support for paid software here in this forum. It’s against the rules.

In reply to: [Event Calendar & Ticketing] WooEvents expired dates problemafalgo: it’d be great if you could be more honest. We do support all day long. So to say it doesn’t exist simply is not true. Note that we do not offer support here in the WP forums.
paulo.marques77: I assume you’ve updated the plugin on your end. That issue was fixed.

In reply to: [Event Calendar & Ticketing] Terrible SupportThanks for you opinion.
We do our best to support our free software. However there’s only so much time the day to offer free support for free software. So you might experience a delay in getting a response. Just depends on how busy we are.
We wish we could provide lightening fast support for free software, but we can’t. We provide support for free software when we have time to do that. Not sure what all you’re expecting to get for free… besides the software that took a long time to build. Seems you have a history of complaining about free stuff…

In reply to: [Event Calendar & Ticketing] ignitewoo_events translatorThe plugin itself currently doesn’t have a default .po but you can use a free plugin such as Codestyling Localization to get the translation done most likely.

In reply to: [Event Calendar & Ticketing] Filter Calendar by Organizer?Hi, there aren’t any specific shortcodes, settings, or hooks in the plugin to allow for that.
Interesting idea though!
Fixed in the later versions

In reply to: [Event Calendar & Ticketing] Support non responsive to Zendesk RequestNot sure what you’re referring to with buying it — Event Calendar & Ticketing is 100% free, right here at www.remarpro.com.
Sounds like you’ve gotten this confused with something else.

In reply to: [Event Calendar & Ticketing] Events not showing upSounds like you might have somehow corrupted the shortcode. This can happen with TinyMCE sometimes.
Edit the page, click the Text tab to switch the description view, check the shortcode, if it’s surrounded by “code” tags remove those, you should be good to go at that point!
