At the moment the only way to do that is to modify the plugin code to suit your needs.

We never delete user accounts, so apparently if you had a account you’ve forgotten the account info. It happens to all of us some time or other.

We checked, there’s no orders or users with “trisy” anywhere in the data. Nor is there any request in our support queue and archives a similar name.

On our Web site is a contact form, and at the top of every page is a phone number. Feel free to contact us for help.

You all might want to check file permissions AND file ownership to make sure that’s all set right. I’ve seen WP enter a redirect loop from the admin area when perms and ownership are not set right.

That’s a bit odd – we have no reports of similar behavior. But we’re willing to have a close look and help find out why this happens. I see that you’ve contacted us directly, so we’ll be in touch via email ??

The events are custom post type, and the venues, speakers, sponsors, and organizers are all custom post types too. So you can use the standard WordPress templating for custom post types.
