Like I said in my previous messages, the total count of products is not being displayed on my product pages. However it’s enabled in the settings https://snipboard.io/FJApuY.jpg

It’s clearly an issue with the theme, because when I change to a default theme, it displays well as you can see here :?https://snipboard.io/ehNKyO.jpg
It’s not a plugin issue, I’ve already disabled all.

Don’t have any cache plugin yet.

Good luck for that.. after 3 months of waiting for issues to be solved, they just told me they couldn’t figure out to solve them.
So, I had to hire a developer and pay him of course. It took him 3 hours to find the solution and correct it.
I kept sending messages to the support and gave them all the credentials, they didn’t even run a single test.

Ok so after 2 months, you can’t solve my issues. What kind of customer service is that ?

For such an expensive plugin, it has many many issues. I had to pay a developper to solve some of them because you didn’t respond.

Thanks. I have reinstalled the plugin, and still got the issue with tar.gz files
When I select .zip file, downloaded file is empty
