Please send me screenshots of how you have set the content (both the trigger and the way you embeded it in the page template.

To make sure I understand, if you apply the exact same trigger in the page content, is it working?

Are you using a chaching plugin? If so, does it work if you deactivate it?

Did you enable the Ajax loagin in the plugin’s settings?
Which condtion are you using?

It is definetly possible.
You will just have to create two different forms, one for each audience, and display each one according to the user selection. Learn more about setting up conditional Elementor elements:

We never encountered?a problem that affects certain browsers. If-So behaves the same on all browsers.

Is it possible that the difference is that in one of the browsers you were logged in to the site and in Chrome you weren’t?

Please go to If-So > Settings (on your WordPress Dashboard) and enable the “Page Caching Compatibility” option (it’s the first option in the list).

I’m afriad pagination will not work when applyed using If-So. We are famiiar with this problem but it’s not something we can easily solve.

Please go to If-So > Settings and check the “Shortcodes in titles and menus” option.

If it doesn’t work, it’s beacuse of the way the burger enu was built. You’ll have to contat the plugin’s authors or the developer who built it and see if they can make it render shortcodes.

Please check out the two following options:

1. Recurrence – Allows you to display the same content version visitors have seen the last time they encounterd the dynamic content.
2. Audiences – Alows you to segment users into audiences based on the dynamic version they saw. You can then display dynamic content across other pages on your site by setting up a trigger with an Audience condition.
